Join Jamie Roswall, certified florist & manager of Bardstown Florist & Gifts, as she demonstrates the basics of floral design. Plus, attendees will have a chance to win a lovely floral arrangement! Register for this event, meeting Tuesday, December 10, at 4:00 pm in NCPL Main Branch Community Room #1. Open to ages 18 & up.
