Physical activity has been proven to help prevent disease, lower the risk of falls, improve mental health & cognitive function, & it also helps you to get out and SOCIALIZE!

Meet with representatives from Bardstown Hospice at one of two informational sessions this June at the Main Branch of Nelson County Public Library. Refreshments will be provided at each session.

Daytime Book Club, led by Barbara Headdy, meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 2:oo pm in the Main Branch Conference Room.

Teachers Talk is a book club primarily for teachers and school workers. We will read various authors and genres then meet at BJ's to discuss. Meetings are in the "Green Room" at 6:00. A light meal will be provided.
