Meet with us each weekly for Flow State Yoga, a 60 minute session of postures, breath work, & mindfulness practice. Open to ages 18 and up. No registration required.
Books on Tap, our off site group led by Kimberly Burton, meets monthly at Cafe Primo
"Hop" on in to the New Haven Branch Library and join us for an Easter craft project on March 28 at 6 pm. Registration required, must be at least 18 years old.
