Temporary Main Branch Closure
*July 8th Update* At this time, the Main Branch of the Nelson County Public Library will remain closed to the public due to significant water damage resulting from a broken pipe. Our team is working diligently to restore the building and ensure it is safe for public use once again.
In the interim, we are pleased to announce that starting Tuesday, July 9th, we will offer curbside services to meet the community's needs. These services will include:
- Item check-out and return
- Printing
- Faxing
- And more
Our staff is committed to providing continuous support and will assess the situation regularly to determine when we can safely reopen the library to the public.
Additionally, the Silly Safari program, initially scheduled to take place at the Main Library tomorrow, has been relocated to the Guthrie Opportunity Center at 2:30 pm. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this time.
